Lindy Robinson, Founder - CEO

Lindy Robinson didn't arrive at operations management from a single straight line. Her career began in public relations and the event industry, environments that demand meticulous execution, vendor relationships built on trust, and the ability to manage complex, high-stakes logistics without a margin for error.

Those instincts carried her into practice management and into the aesthetics industry itself. What she found there was a consistent pattern: practices led by exceptional clinicians who were drowning in the operational demands of running a business. The EMR wasn't configured correctly. The vendor accounts were underutilized. The loyalty programs were dormant. The HR files were incomplete. And nobody not the consultants, not the coaches, not the agencies was actually going in and fixing any of it.

So she did. Aesthetic Operations Management is the result a firm built from the ground up to provide the hands-on operational support that this industry has always needed and never quite had. Lindy brings to every client engagement the communications discipline of her PR background, the logistical precision of the event world, and the specific, practical knowledge of someone who has worked inside aesthetic practices and understands exactly what they need to run well.
